Name: Kenneth Cross
Age: 22
Height: 5'7 ft
Weight: 143 lb
Appearance: Let's just say he looks like James BuckleyRiders appearance: Kamen Rider Sonnet has five forms. Each of his main forms has a sort of black undersuit that looks like leather. The knees, elbows, shoulders and knuckles are protected by smoothed, silver-grey circles with a small notch in the top of each one. The suit has a pair of fingerless gloves above the black leather. There is a greyish silver boot that has a notch similar to the guards on his shoulders and knees on each foot. Sonnet's helmet has two red eyes ringed in gold that connects to a spike that reaches from in between the eyes to above Kenneth's head and has a silverish grey mouthpiece with a notch at the top. Sonnet wears a black longcoat over his armour.
In Sonnet's
Hamlet Form (his primary form) The helmet, gloves and boots turn dark blue as do the inside and cuffs of his coat. The chestplate also goes dark blue and has a kind of muscle pattern on it (dunno how to describe it, like abs?). In his
Benedick Form the gloves, helmets and boots go dark green. The inside of his coat and go dark green as well and a pair of green lines run up the sleeves of the coat and circle round the collar. His chestplate has a kind of chainmail appearance in this form. When he activates his
Romeo form the gloves boots and helmet turn purple with the chestplate getting smoothed out and going purple as well. A pair of purple lines appear around the collar of his coat and go down the back connecting to the tail. Sonnet's last form is the
Othello Form and that's dark red, the chest plate looks like plate armour and the lines on his coat go from the base of his coat and spiral up to the shoulders where they terminate.
Sonnet's last form is named
Bard Form and is a lot different from the others. The coat remains but turns white and blue lines emanate from a circle at the back going to the shoulders and down the arms and underneath the arms where they meet in the middle of the coat in a series of circles. The silver-grey guards appear on the outside of his armour and the notches glow bright blue. The crest in his helmet splits out into three and the eyes go blue as well. His armour gets slightly bulkier and a bright blue image (a stylised Tudor rose) is imprinted into his chest. There is a white leg guard on the side of each thigh.
Personality: Kenneth has a flare for the dramatic, this leads to him trying to perform fancy moves and reckless stunts because they look better than ordinary ones. As a result he's probably going to fail, miserably and then fall to the ground in pain. Kenneth likes talking, usually in some sort of over the top declaration of what he is about to do or just speaking in order to annoy the people he's fighting. He doesn't have a particularly strong sense of Justice or a moral code and really fights because it's fun and he enjoys it.
Origin: The Sonnet Driver has been in Kenneth's family for well over 300 years his family have been well known monster hunters for several generations. Kenneth's father recently died trying to slay a powerful monster and Kenneth has been given the Sonnet Driver as the next in line. He was an actor up until this point and doesn't want to get involved in saving lives but he likes the adrenalin rush and sometimes gets pulled into the fighting anyway.
Good/Evil: Good
Rider name: Kamen Rider Sonnet
Riders abilities technique and moves: Hamlet Form is the Mario of all of Sonnet's forms. Good at everything, the best at nothing. The Hamlet Form can perform a Rider Kick called "Ophelia Break" where he brings his left foot into his enemy, pinning them to something, a black Tudor Rose appears around his foot and then spins around at increasingly fast speeds before flashing bright red and turning the enemy into red dust.
His Benedick Form is just as tough but much faster, able to build up enough momentum to run up walls and across water, it's very agile and good at dodging. The form also equips him with two long knives called the "Beneddaggers" that build up more speed with each cut (The first cut is normal, doubled the second cut, that gets doubled the next time, that gets doubled the fourth time, etc. etc.). It has two finishers, "Padua Slash" is a cutting attack where Sonnet slashes a Tudor Rose into his opponent at first it seems that no damage has been done but as soon as they take a step forward they cripple over in pain and turn into a fine red dust. His second attack is a Rider Kick where he brings his leg up over his enemy and kicks straight through them with a swirling black Tudor Rose around his foot (again, turning them into a red dust) called the "Beatrice Break".
The Romeo Form has neither the speed of Benedick Form or the Strength of Sonnet's Othello Form in terms of power it is almost identical to Hamlet Form, what it does have is the ability to shoot. Romeo Form is armed with a large purple gun called the "Romeovolver" which can fire either rapid bullets that chase their target down or execute a finishing move called "Montague Blast" where the gun fires a red energy blast that sticks to the target and forms a Tudor Rose on their chest before exploding and causing a red dust (all that is left of the hapless victim) to fall from the sky.
In Othello Form Sonnet is much slower than normal but on the upside it's nearly invulnerable, bulletproof, shockproof and is probably able to withstand carpet bombing or even an atomic explosion. The Othello Form armed with a long sword, segmented into several pieces called the "Othellasher" the weapon is equal parts whip and sword and can cut through almost anything as well as extend it's length from a small inch long dagger to several meters long allowing it to swing from buildings or constrict Sonnet's enemies. The armour has two finishers, "Venice Slice" is an attack where Sonnet launches the enemy into the air using the Othello Forms incredible strength and then extending the Othellasher up to pierce through them (a Tudor Rose appearing at the point of impact) and slam them down into the ground (or a hapless enemy) resulting in them turning into (you guessed it) a red dust. This forms Rider Kick is the "Desdemona Break" which is where Sonnet simply kicks his target in the chest, a black Tudor Rose appears on their chest and starts spinning around as they are flung backwards through whatever is in their way, after a few seconds of flying they explode into red dust.
Bard Form is Sonnet's most powerful form and although it isn't armed with any weapons it's faster, stronger and more agile than his Hamlet Form. In this form Sonnet can fly by creating two large blue feathered wings that can also fire their feathers off at high speeds. Sonnet's Bard form is able to use the Othellasher, Benedaggers and Romeovolver and perform each of their finishers (not the rider kicks though) It's primary finisher is a rider kick called the "Hathaway Break" where Sonnet jumps into the air (with the wings) and then slams both feet into the opponent leaving a bright blue Tudor Rose in his opponents chest that glows brighter and brighter until they melt away into a red dust, the rose lingers in mid air for a few minutes before evaporating.
Kenneth transforms through the use of the Sonnet Driver, a black oval device attached to a belt. When the device is "snapped" open a red gem is exposed, the gem glows bright red and then flashes transforming Kenneth into Kamen Rider Sonnet is transformed into his Hamlet form. On the left side of the belt is a small dial, by turning it to the corresponding colour Sonnet can switch into his Othello, Hamlet, Romeo and Benedick forms, when an option is selected the belt will declare the name of the form and Sonnet will flash bright red for a second, when the light subsides he's in the form he selected and the weaponry of that form will be hidden inside his coat. To transform into Bard Form Sonnet closes the driver, attaches it to his right wrist and places the dial in it's place when the Sonnet Driver is snapped open this time a blue gem is revealed and Sonnet's armour flashes blue. By turning the dial Sonnet can summon one of the other forms weapons.
